Shipping and Handling Policy

After your order is placed, please allow 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday) to handcraft, package, and ship your order. At this time, all items are made to order.

At checkout you may select either USPS First Class (2-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). There may be additional time needed for USPS to process packages at their facility once the label has been created. Veritas Artistry is not responsible for delays due to postal service timing. If you have questions once the order has shipped, your local postal service will be best able to help with locating your package.

A tracking number will be sent by email after label creation.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
